ENCHANTED FORESTS, GIANTS AND BANDITS

The inland of the Gallura represents a surprise for those accustomed to the coastal landscapes of the Costa Smeralda and La Maddalena. Far from the confusion, here you can breathe silence, tranquility and nature. Discover this fascinating territory with us aboard a Ducati e-bike and immerse yourself in a forest of cork oaks, holm oaks and wild olive trees and among granite rocks with fascinating shapes.

The day will start with pick-up at your hotel and we will head towards the Calangianus area, where we will start the e-bike tour through the cork forests and on the route of the Old Railway. During the tour, we will visit the cork museum of Calangianus and the tomb of the giants of Pascaredda. If conditions allow, you can join an outdoor yoga class at the Giants’ Tomb.
Afterwards, we’ll delight you with a lunch at the Osteria del Borgo, a tiny family-run restaurant that offers a menu of excellent local dishes.
In the afternoon, you will visit the banditry museum of Aggius, visit the impressive granite rocks that overlook the village, and visit the millenary olive trees of Luras, which are among the oldest trees in the world. The tour will conclude with the return to the hotel.
